We have been working with Sharpquest for a number of years. We are a startup company that has developed a fitness machine to rehab and strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. Our control requirements have changed several times as we put machines in the field and receive feedback from users. We had another company write the code for the initial design. It was not good. It was not until Sharpquest completely redid the programming that we were satisfied with the machine controls. One of the issues for us was we did not know exactly how we wanted the program to work. Sharpquest took considerable time with us to detail out exactly how the program should work. They delivered a finished product quickly. Any small issues or changes we needed after testing were handled quickly. The program worked flawlessly. Their engineers understood what we needed and delivered. Sharpquest has engineers on staff that understand both software and hardware. We recently added some user features to our machine that required another update to the program. We went back to Sharpquest for more programming. We are very pleased with the results and now have a finished product that is user friendly and works perfectly. Sharpquest is responsive, works quickly and delivers on their promises.

Our goal was to update our Software as a Service product, as well as the marketing and sales websites for it. Icreon was initially hired to develop and launch a new website. Since handling that, they now support our site and internet system; those are two applications that are tightly coupled together. Our intranet is a homegrown system developed by an internal team member. Since then, that person has left. Icreon stepped in and did a complete audit of that intranet. Per that evaluation, they made some modification changes and continue to support it to this day. They support us in every way from new features and functionalities to taking care of any problems we encounter. Icreon isn’t only our support mechanism, they’re also our development team for the website and intranet system. They handle all the front- and backend development tools. There’s a strong emphasis on digital transformation, inventory platforms, and e-commerce. We have a lot of content on the site we need to manage. Our product management system is Drupal-based. We’re currently working on a big project with Icreon to enhance the e-commerce platform. It’s going to be a complete rewrite of the existing site and auditing of the intranet.
