It was an absolute pleasure working with the Black Bear team. Everyone we interfaced with was knowledgeable, responsive, and an overall delight. Leadership stayed connected to keep an eye on progress and support the project, but left it us in the very capable hands of the team including Tony, Marc, and Tracy. Each listened to our needs and opinions and challenged us when necessary by providing wisdom and insight on new technologies and/or approaches to web design. It would be impossible to pick an MVP because each of them over delivered on their respective responsibilities and together built us a wonderful website we are proud to provide to our fans.

We have worked with Black Bear for several years, and they have done a great job for us. Their team is very attentive, detail-oriented, pleasant, organized, helpful and great to work with. In addition to website design and social media management, they also have provided us with graphic design services - which have been outstanding. We appreciate all the work they do for us!
