We made an excellent choice when we hired Bridge City Media to develop the website for our new and innovative company, Coordinated MEDucation Team. Professionalism and dedication to excellence was evident from the first contact. Erik asked excellent questions that empowered us to think about how we wanted to represent ourselves. Bridge City Media created tutorial and promo videos for our upcoming new app and they did an excellent job. They did everything to make sure our project was successful and delivered videos that exceeded all expectations. Erik Croswell took time to truly learn about our product and understand our business and goals, communicated with us consistently, and then coordinated a perfect engagement with their team. We decided to have the videos updated with new titling and narration for Chinese audiences as well. They managed the translation and quickly and flawlessly updated the videos that were not originally created for this update. Being honest and committed, collaborative, detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated are some of the qualities that make a good team player, and the Bridge City Media team demonstrated all of these qualities and more. They went above and beyond in every aspect. We appreciate their dedication to our project and highly recommend Bridge City Media.
