Working with Clear HR Consulting gives you access to the breadth and depth of human resource knowledge, tools and resources without needing to have it in-house. I can call Cissy and team up at a moment's notice and get the insights and intel I need to move forward on everything from straightforward to complex HR issues. The retainer program is simply the best for small non-profit organizations. We are beyond pleased to have Clear HR in our back pocket.

We are a small company and until recently we tried to resolve all HR issues and questions on our own by doing lots of research and calling our lawyers. I found several articles online by Clear HR and would follow their very clear and concise advice on many matters. It became obvious though that we needed their help directly so I was recently in touch with Cissy and have now developed a great business relationship. She spends as much time as necessary to answer all my questions and makes things so easy to understand. I seriously don't know how we managed without this company for all these years. Cissy is dependable, very knowledgeable and responsive and is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend Clear HR to anyone looking for outside HR management, you will not regret making that choice.
