They produced the entire slate of core deliverables: discovery docs, internal and customer interviews, messaging platform development, logo and collateral design, web site assessment and optimization, and market testing. The final deliverables were outstanding, and we’re now positioned—from a brand perspective—to accommodate additional growth and expansion for at least the next 5 years.
