Had another answering service that was twice as much and at least only half as effective and accurate. Brianna Quiroga stays on top of everything for us. I even received a phone call b/c a client was at the office with a retainer fee and enabled me to connect with the client. The messages make sense, the names are right - I absolutely would recommend LEX to everyone!

The company is very detail oriented and not only takes down all of the important information but they do so in a manner which allows us to prioritize the callbacks by virtue of their level of urgency. I am very satisfied with the services they provide our firm and would recommend the company without reservations.
