The transition was very smooth, resulting in little downtime for our team. And we came in pretty close to budget. Support services to date have been strong. Techmedics has been providing us with expert and timely network, server and workstation support for over 6 years. Their engineers are highly proficient and professional, and their service is outstanding.

We found IT Support on Google and they did a remote security and network scan for free and gave us a report. That's when we found out how bad our old IT was. We had issues with our Microsoft 365 accounts, and they've been hacked few times. We have contacted CyberDuo to take a look at the configuration. They did an assessment and identified all the issues. Since then, we did not have any issues. They manage our M365 account and provide security. Highly recommend for your Microsoft environment.
