Not only did they exceed our project goals, they provided superior guidance and project management every step of the way. Plaudit took point in managing the project schedule, defining key milestones, preparing asset management and feedback tools, offering custom training videos and live demos, pursuing new and better solutions, ensuring a seamless launch, and providing post-launch training and instruction. I note these numerous areas of support as they took significant work off of my plate.
