They are very quick to respond, as they have both online and phone support options. Unlike previous IT companies I have worked with, each employee takes the time to think outside the box in order to find the best way to approach your issue. They also do not mind explaining their processes in layman's terms so that it could be understood and applied. They have been responsible with setting up/maintaining our warehouse management systems as well as our inventory management and shipping software. Recently, we moved, and I needed help setting up a home office. Ralph was instrumental in getting us prepared for our move while Harris got me up and running at home.
