I am a VP Engineering at Inkitt, and I had the absolute pleasure working with the RedFish team last year. We needed to relatively quickly spin up a new engineering org from scratch in a new location while the market was incredibly tough. RedFish gave us a steady stream of incredible candidates who were both great technical and cultural fit. We made several hires with the help of RedFish, and the team they helped us assemble is absolutely fantastic - they leveled up our entire Engineering org. On a personal level, I enjoyed working with everyone on RedFish staff and would use them again should the need arise. They are very professional, focused on impact above all else, extremely open and reactive to feedback, and were able to iterate really quickly to build our pipeline and start delivering us quality candidates. Redfish were able to identify specific skillsets listed on my resume that uniquely positioned me to succeed in a field where I wasn't actively looking to transition to. I only have the one experience, but it was very positive.
