The thorough evaluation of my business and the questions in the initial assessment made me feel a bit uneasy. I realized that I didn't know exactly what I needed to know in order for Thrive to best suit my web design needs. I expressed that in one the sections on the form and Noah quickly reached out to me within a few hours and put me at ease. He walked me through the process and provided links to videos detailing their process and told me not to worry if I didn't have all the right answers at first. He and his team worked closely and diligently with me to develop a strategy for my website and marketing that would turn out to become something more than I had imagined. Not only did my website trump what my competitors were offering, but I was afforded to work with some really cool people Noah had within his network. I ended up hiring a photographer who was fabulous. I hired a copywriter to help with content on my site (shout out to Susan.) I hired a logo designer who did a flawless job in executing my re-branding efforts (shout out to Adam and your many talents in design.) I hired legal counsel based on Noah's recommendations and his personal use of their services. I was very pleased to be presented with virtually a one stop shop for many of my business needs. The communication was extraordinary! All of the different staff members who drew from their own expertise in each specialized area of need were all great! The pricing was fair and affordable and Noah demonstrated the ability to offer customized solutions for my unique financial situation to help get me started. Overall; I can't say enough nice and pleasant things about this group of professionals. I started working with Thrive when I knew it was time to move my massive 14-year-old Wordpress multisite install to modern website hosting. Thrive has been so helpful with website support on what turned out to be an enormous project, moving a complex and heavily customized cluster of websites containing 10k+ blog posts and 200k+ blog comments... all without anything breaking! Communication with Thrive was always easy -- they're very quick, detailed, and responsive. They even helped me figure out how to save over $1,500 on my annual web hosting bill! I'm now set up with their WordPress care plan, which is great for someone like me who wants to focus on content -- not technical stuff. We are working on some big plans together with the website and I'm so happy to have a trusted partner for web design and development.
