Working with UNAPEN has been a total pleasure. Anytime I need IT help or advice, I pick up the phone and within minutes they are solving my problem. They are super responsive and super knowledgeable. When my organization needed cyber insurance and was considering an increase in cyber security services, UNAPEN helped fill out questionnaires, gave me quotes, explained services and options, and supported me in making the right decisions cost-wise and service-wise. There was never a hard sell. Amazingly, everyone there is always in a good mood and eager to be helpful!
